Kontinuirani razvoj sajma vidljiv je od njegovih početaka 1996. godine, do današnjih dana. Tako je prvi sajam, tada još pod nazivom Agroexpo, održan u Hotelu Slavonija. Ubrzo, kako se povećao broj izlagača, on se preselio u Dom oružanih snaga HV-a, a potom u Sportsku dvoranu Tehničke škole u Virovitici. Tri je godine bio na Sajamskom prostoru tvrtke Flora VTC… Continuous development of the fair is visible from its beginnings in the 1996 year to date. Potom je sajam pronašao novu, trajniju lokaciju, u Vukovarskoj ulici, na Sajamskom prostoru Viroexpo-a gdje se i danas nalazi.
